This is a "safe place" and we ask that what happens in Sangha Saturdays stays in our circle, including whether someone was in attendance or not. The sessions are not recorded and we ask that attendees please don't record a version locally.

We will start with a short, guided meditation, and theme setting with a brief talk/reading and plenty of time for community sharing / Q&A.
